2025 Application for Certifying Letter of Graduation(CUHK)
To apply the Certifying Letter of Graduation (CUHK), please follow the steps below:
1. Visit the Students Affairs Management System to submit your application for the certifying letter.
2. Choose one of the following supporting documents to accompany your application:
a. For employment purposes: Provide the offer letter from your employer or any relevant email correspondence.
b. For further education purposes: Submit the admission offer letter from the institution you have been accepted into.
c. For other purposes: Include any supporting documents that are relevant to your request.

4. Collection Method: Upon receiving the Certificate of Graduation (CUHK), the Graduate School will distribute it to the respective programmes. Programmes will subsequently notify the students regarding the collection process.
