1. According to General Regulations Governing Postgraduate Studies 4.2, Unless written approval is given by CUHK(SZ) to defer payment, a Student in arrears, whether in part or in full, or who has outstanding fees unpaid for more than two weeks shall be considered to have withdrawn from his/her studies.

2. Applications for postponement of tuition fee payments must be submitted one month before the start of each semester.

3. Each tuition fee can be deferred twice at most. After the previous instalment of tuition fee has been fully paid, an application for deferred payment of the next one is allowed.

4. In accordance with Clause 3.1 of General Regulations Governing Postgraduate Studies for Students admitted by CUHK(SZ), Degree Certificates for graduates with outstanding debts to CUHK or CUHK(SZ) will be withheld until the accounts are settled.
